ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 2pm. If you arrive after 6pm, please inform us by telephone.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11 am.

BOOKING
Please understand that bookings must be confirmed in writing.

HOTEL BILL
The hotel bill can be paid in cash, with EC card and credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

DOGS
You can bring your four-legged friend upon prior request. We charge €13.00 per day (food not included). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the spa area or the sunbathing lawn. Guests may not bring dogs to breakfast and dinner (breakfast rooms, terrace, bar, Stube dining rooms). Please bring your own basket or blanket. 

SHORT STAYS
We charge a surcharge of 10% on stays of three nights or less.

EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS
In the case of early departures or late arrivals, we charge the full value of the original booking.

IMAGES
All floor plan images are for guideline purposes only and are not binding. This may also apply to colour schemes.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are free of charge up until 4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, we are entitled, under EU travel regulations, to charge 70% of the total booking price. We therefore recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance policy.
